If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
We will only send a replacement, or you can choose a different decal order or an equivalent.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
A valid reason and pictures are required.
Refunds
No refunds will be made.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange.
Refunds After Immediate Purchase
We will refund your order if the following occurs:
We will then initiate a refund back to your original form of payment.
Depending on your card policies, you will receive the refund within a few days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes not providing your full address and missing house numbers etc.
